Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience to apply their knowledge and grow in a fast-paced, hands-on engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and development of mechanical systems, components, and assemblies.
  • Prepare and review technical drawings, datasheets, and specifications under the guidance of senior engineers or project managers.
  • Perform basic engineering calculations and analyses to support design decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including design, manufacturing, and project engineering—to ensure accuracy and consistency across projects.
  • Evaluate vendor documentation and component selections for compliance with project and industry standards.
  • Support prototype fabrication, assembly, and testing, documenting results and assist in troubleshooting design issues.
  • Maintain and update Bills of Materials (BoMs), drawings, and project documentation in accordance with company procedures.
  • Participate in project reviews and contribute innovative ideas to improve efficiency, performance, or manufacturability.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • 1+ years of relevant engineering experience (internships, co-ops, or academic projects preferred).
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
  • Fundamental understanding of mechanical design principles, including materials, manufacturing processes, and GD&T.
  • Basic knowledge of engineering analysis tools and methods, such as FEA and CFD.
  • Familiarity with mechanical systems such as HVAC, pressure vessels, piping etc.
  • Strong technical communication and documentation skills, including the ability to prepare drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in solving engineering problems.
