Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Executive Analyst to join our hybrid team. In this role, you will provide high-level business analysis, support decision-making, and help optimize operations across residential and commercial real estate functions. The ideal candidate thrives on turning complex data into actionable insights, collaborating across teams, and supporting executive leadership in shaping organizational strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support business strategy, performance tracking, and operational improvement.
- Develop dashboards, metrics, and KPIs to monitor sales, marketing, and operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify trends, forecast opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
- Assist in budgeting, financial modeling, and business planning initiatives.
- Evaluate internal processes and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Support strategic initiatives, projects, and cross-functional team efforts.
- Prepare presentations, briefings, and executive summaries for management and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of analysis, reports, and data sources.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in real estate, consulting, finance, or analytics roles.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, MLS systems, or real estate performance metrics.
- Experience in financial modeling, reporting, and KPI development.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
