As a Quality & Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving quality management systems, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Your expertise will help maintain our commitment to delivering safe and reliable products to our customers, while also supporting our strategic goals for growth and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
- Provide training and support on quality management processes
- Assist in the development of corrective action plans
- Monitor industry regulations and ensure compliance
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance or compliance roles
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS)
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality improvement
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
