BR CONCEPTS PVT LTD is seeking an Entry-Level TELECALLER to join our Human Resources/HR team in Vijayawada. As a TELECALLER, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our services, and maintaining positive customer relationships. This is a full-time position that requires on-site work, offering the opportunity to develop your communication and sales skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company services
• Promote and sell products or services over the phone
• Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
• Meet daily and monthly call targets
• Document all call information accurately

• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus
