We're looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for our clients. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building candidate relationships, sourcing top talent, and managing searches independently while earning through a performance-based compensation model.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer acceptance.
• Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple industries.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and communication.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in agency or full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for professional, technical, healthcare, or behavioral health roles.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and other recruiting methods.
• Access to your own sourcing tools and recruiting resources (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, job boards, ATS, resume databases, or other sourcing platforms) to independently identify and engage candidates.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
