Job Description:

For this project, doctors will listen to recorded doctor-patient interactions and create clinical notes. The objective is to collect physician-authored documentation across multiple specialties to better understand differences in documentation style, language, and structure among clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Listen to recorded doctor-patient interactions and create structured clinical notes
• Validate AI-generated documentation for accuracy, completeness, and clinical reasoning
• Provide feedback on ambient AI workflows during real patient encounters
• Identify gaps in note structure, language, and workflow usability

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

• MD / DO (actively practicing)
• Hands-on use of Dragon Copilot or DAX Copilot in real patient visits
• Able to clearly explain:
  • How AI listens during visits
  • How notes are generated & edited
• Minimum 5+ years post-residency experience
• ≥50% patient-facing workload
• Experience with Epic EHR
• Affiliated with multi-specialty health system

• Dragon Medical One (dictation only)
• Voice typing / manual dictation users
• Indirect exposure (training / demo only)
