BXGI, an Information Services company, is seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team in Oakland. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our growing business. This is a full-time position that requires on-site work and offers a competitive salary in USD between 50000 and 60000 per year. Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the Information Services industry
• Proven track record of identifying and hiring top talent
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
