**Job Summary:**

Camp Bow Wow is seeking a friendly, energetic, and organized **Front Desk Manager** to be the welcoming face of our facility. As the first point of contact for clients and their pets, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for dogs and their owners. You will manage administrative duties, answer client inquiries, schedule appointments, and assist with check-ins and check-outs of our canine campers. A love for animals and excellent customer service skills are essential for success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and professional demeanor

- Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding daycare, boarding, grooming, and training services

- Manage appointment scheduling, reservations, and cancellations

- Check pets in and out, ensuring all necessary paperwork and vaccinations are up to date

- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records

- Provide information about Camp Bow Wow’s policies, services, and pricing

- Monitor and update client accounts in the company database

- Assist with the care and supervision of dogs in the reception area when needed

- Communicate effectively with staff and management to ensure seamless operations

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area

- Resolve client concerns and escalate issues to management as necessary

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role is preferred

- Sales experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient with computers and office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite)

- A passion for animals and ability to interact comfortably with dogs of all sizes and temperaments

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

**Physical Requirements:**

- Ability to stand, sit, and move around for extended periods

- Comfortable working in an environment with dogs

- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
