About Canibuild
Canibuild answers residential construction’s biggest question: “Can I build here?”
We’re an AI-powered, geospatial feasibility and compliance platform that turns complex zoning rules and site constraints into clear, decision-ready outputs—helping governments, contractors/builders, and property owners move faster with fewer surprises.
Our products bring the same permissibility engine to different workflows:
- SiteCheck for contractor feasibility and site planning
- LeadConverter for client website digital showrooms
- PlanCheck Intake for staff-facing intake, triage, and pre-checks
- PlanCheck Portal for public engagement and guided eligibility experiences
We work across the US, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada, partnering with both industry and government teams to modernize planning, permitting, and pre-construction decisions.
Role Overview
We’re hiring a Marketing Programs & Enablement Manager to own Canibuild’s core marketing materials and day-to-day marketing execution.
This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, structure, and operations. You’ll be responsible for crafting and maintaining our standard marketing narratives (decks, one-
pagers, enablement assets), while also keeping the marketing team organized, aligned, and delivering on time.
This is a hands-on role. You will personally write, structure, and build presentations and materials using existing brand systems—and partner with our designer for polish when needed. You’ll also act as the operational backbone of the marketing team, ensuring priorities are clear and work moves forward without bottlenecks.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and collaborate regularly with Product, Sales, and Business Development.
What You’ll Own
1) Core Marketing Materials & Narrative Ownership (Primary)
Own and maintain Canibuild’s off-the-shelf marketing materials, including:
- Core company pitch deck Product overview and solution decks
- Partner and sales enablement decks
- One-pagers, case studies, and PDF collateral
-
- Independently develop clear narratives and slide structures from messy or incomplete inputs
- Write and edit presentation copy for clarity, flow, and audience relevance
- Build clean, on-brand decks and documents using existing templates and guidelines
- Ensure materials stay current as products, positioning, and markets evolve
- Reduce bespoke work by creating reusable, scalable storytelling assets
2) Marketing Team Operations & Execution (Primary)
- Act as the day-to-day operations lead for the marketing team
- Own planning, prioritization, and delivery across: Design
- Product marketing
- Content / social
- Demand / lifecycle
- Run weekly planning, status check-ins, and deadline management
- Manage intake, scope, and tradeoffs in partnership with the Head of Marketing
- Identify risks, unblock dependencies, and keep work moving without escalation
- Bring structure to a fast-moving, high-context environment
3) Business Development & Sales Support (Secondary)
- Customize existing decks and materials for BD and sales needs
- Support proposals and presentations by adapting core narratives to specific audiences
- Partner with Sales and BD teams to ensure materials are usable, relevant, and effective
- Step in on occasional high-priority requests, without being the default fire-drill owner

- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and consistently meet deadlines
- Comfort working with senior stakeholders and ambiguous inputs
Tech & Tools
