We are looking for a dedicated Learning and Development Specialist to join Chart Auditors, a leading company in the industry. As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This position is vital in ensuring that our workforce is equipped with the necessary competencies to drive the company's success and growth. You will be involved in creating engaging training materials, conducting workshops, and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop learning objectives.
- Create and deliver engaging training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and evaluation.
- Develop e-learning modules and other digital learning resources.
- Coordinate with external training providers when necessary.
- Monitor industry trends to ensure training programs are up-to-date and relevant.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to employees.
- Organize and facilitate team-building activities and workshops.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
