We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Stair and Rail Fabricator with a strong background in the fabrication of helix, spiral, and curved stair systems. This is a hands-on position requiring precision craftsmanship, deep knowledge of metal forming and welding techniques, and the ability to interpret complex architectural and structural drawings.

Key Responsibilities
· Fabricate architectural stair and rail systems with an emphasis on helix and curved designs.
· Roll, bend, and form structural stringers, rail components, and ornamental features using manual and powered equipment.
· Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and layout templates.
· Weld and assemble components using MIG and TIG welding (primarily steel, aluminum, and stainless steel).
· Perform precise fit-up, tack, and finish work to meet design and code requirements.
· Collaborate with engineering, field, and installation teams to ensure quality and accuracy.
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.

Qualifications
· Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural metal fabrication, with proven expertise in helix and curved stair systems.
· Proficient in MIG and TIG welding processes.
· Ability to operate metalworking equipment including pipe/plate rollers, press brakes, and saws.
· Strong understanding of geometry and layout principles specific to curved fabrication.
· Able to work from detailed CAD drawings and shop prints.
· AWS certifications a plus (D1.1 or similar).
· Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
