ClearPointHCO is seeking a highly skilled Resume Writer & Career Coach to support our growing client base across mid-level, executive, and outplacement projects.

This is a client-facing role focused on helping professionals position themselves competitively in today’s job market. Beyond resume writing, this role includes LinkedIn optimization, interview coaching, and job search guidance.

We are looking for professionals who combine strong writing expertise with a high level of customer service and client engagement. 

We are building a bench of high-quality writers and coaches to support client demand and outplacement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Resume & Personal Brand Development

• Write and revise ATS-optimized resumes for mid-level and executive clients
• Develop achievement-driven, results-focused content aligned with target roles
• Translate complex career histories into clear, strategic positioning

LinkedIn Profile Optimization

• Rewrite and optimize LinkedIn profiles for visibility and recruiter engagement
• Ensure alignment between resume strategy and online presence

Career Coaching & Client Support

• Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions focused on job search strategy and positioning
• Provide interview coaching, including mock interviews and structured feedback
• Guide clients on networking, outreach, and application strategy

Outplacement & Transition Support

• Support individuals navigating career transitions
• Deliver structured, high-touch guidance across resume, job search, and interview readiness

🎯 Required Qualifications

• U.S.-based (required)
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of professional resume writing experience (mid-level and/or executive)
• Proven experience with LinkedIn profile optimization
• Experience providing career coaching, interview preparation, or job search guidance
• Strong understanding of ATS systems, recruiter expectations, and hiring trends
• Demonstrated ability to produce achievement-based, metrics-driven content

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Resume writing and/or career coaching certifications (e.g., CPRW, NCRW, CCC, or similar)
• Experience supporting executive-level clients
• Background in HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition
• Experience with outplacement or workforce transition programs
