Job Description
Cloud Unicorn is looking for an enthusiastic and committed Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a passion for talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/virtual interviews.
Coordinate technical rounds and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.
2. Documentation & Compliance
Create and update job descriptions.
Maintain hiring trackers and recruitment MIS.
Assist with onboarding processes: offer letters, document collection, and joining formalities.
3. Coordination & Communication
Follow up with candidates for interviews, feedback, and joining.
Regularly coordinate with HR and department heads for hiring needs.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience across all stages.
Skills & Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good understanding of recruitment cycles and sourcing techniques.
Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
Quick learner with analytical thinking and a proactive approach.
Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information
Training Period: 3 months (Stipend: ₹15,000– ₹18,000).
