Cognic Systems is looking for a professional with experience in email marketing, lead generation, and outbound campaigns. The role focuses on identifying potential clients, running targeted outreach campaigns, and supporting business development activities for the company's technology services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation
* Identify potential prospects through LinkedIn, databases, and research tools
* Build and maintain prospect lists for outreach campaigns
* Generate qualified leads for the sales team

Email Marketing
* Plan and execute email outreach campaigns
* Create and manage prospect email lists
* Track email campaign performance and improve response rates

LinkedIn Outreach
* Send outreach messages to targeted professionals
* Engage with prospects and initiate business conversations
* Support relationship building with potential clients

Digital Marketing Support
* Assist in running digital marketing campaigns
* Work with marketing tools for campaign tracking
* Analyze campaign data and prepare reports

Business Development Support
* Coordinate with the sales team on lead follow ups
* Maintain CRM records and update lead status
* Support proposal discussions and client communication

Required Skills

* Minimum 1 year experience in email marketing or lead generation
* Experience with LinkedIn outreach and prospect research
* Basic understanding of digital marketing campaigns
* Strong written communication skills in English
* Ability to track campaign results and improve outreach performance

Preferred Skills

* Experience with email marketing tools or CRM systems
* Knowledge of B2B lead generation strategies
* Understanding of technology services or software industry

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field preferred
