Core Techies India Private Limited is seeking an Associate-level Business Development Manager to join our Development department. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve revenue targets
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the Information Technology/IT industry and market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
