Corkys BBQ is looking for an Entry-Level Help Desk Technician to join our team in Memphis. This full-time, remote position is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to start their careers in IT support within the vibrant restaurant industry.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our staff seeking technical assistance, helping to resolve issues and enhance their daily operations. Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to staff via phone, email, or chat
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, guiding users through problem resolution
• Document technical issues and solutions in the help desk ticketing system
• Assist in the setup and configuration of new equipment
• Maintain and update knowledge base articles for common issues
• Coordinate with IT team members to escalate complex problems
• Educate staff on best practices for using technology
• Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and challenges

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
• Strong interest in technology and a desire to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues
