Responsibilities

  • Own and manage all aspects of digital marketing including paid social, paid search, SEO, email, SMS, affiliate, and influencer marketing.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns that align with seasonal product launches, brand campaigns, and sales initiatives.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to assess campaign performance, including CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, LTV, and retention metrics.
  • Manage media budgets, ensuring spend is optimized for performance and scalability.
  • Oversee the creation and testing of ad creatives, landing pages, email flows, and other digital assets in collaboration with creative and content teams.
  • Partner closely with e-commerce and merchandising teams to optimize product visibility, promotions, and the customer journey across the website.
  • Implement best practices in CRO (conversion rate optimization) and UX for site navigation, funnel performance, and mobile experience.
  • Manage and grow email and SMS marketing strategies with a strong focus on segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Work with influencer and affiliate partners to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Report weekly and monthly on campaign performance, insights, and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
  • Deep understanding of paid media, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Proficiency with A/B testing tools and optimization strategies.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Passion for fashion, digital trends, and emerging technologies.
