As an Academic Counselor, you will be the face of our institute, guiding aspiring students toward the right career path in banking and government sectors. Your goal is to convert inquiries into admissions through empathetic listening and expert career mapping.

Key Responsibilities
Student Counseling: Provide detailed information to walk-in and telephonic inquiries regarding Banking, SSC, and other competitive exams.

Admission Conversion: Guide prospective students through the enrollment process, ensuring they understand the curriculum, batch timings, and fee structures.

Lead Management: Maintain an organized database of leads and follow up diligently with potential candidates to meet monthly admission targets.

Counseling Excellence: Use your industry knowledge to help students choose the right course based on their academic background and career goals.

Administrative Coordination: Manage documentation for new admissions and assist in basic office operations as required.

Candidate Profile
Experience: 3–5 years of dedicated experience in student counseling within the coaching industry (specifically for Banking, SSC, NDA, JEE, or NEET).

Education: Graduate in any stream; candidates with professional qualifications or diplomas in counseling/management are preferred.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.

Personality: Highly motivated, patient, and persuasive with a passion for helping students succeed.
