We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional for the role of Senior Manager – Planning to lead project planning, scheduling, and monitoring activities for large-scale construction and real estate projects. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring timely project execution, efficient resource utilization, and adherence to budget and quality standards through effective planning and coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines in coordination with project managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules using MS Project (MSP).
- Track project progress, identify potential delays or bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions and mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, execution, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of activities.
- Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and project progress presentations for management review.
- Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and resource utilization to ensure alignment with financial targets.
- Conduct risk analysis and develop contingency plans to minimize project impact.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for effective project coordination and timely delivery of materials/services.
- Participate in review meetings and maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in planning systems, reporting mechanisms, and project control processes.

Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in project planning and scheduling within the construction/real estate industry.
- Prior experience in high-rise residential or commercial projects will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project lifecycle, and resource planning.
