Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard UK legal firms and claim partners. 
- Manage lead flow and agreements with partner companies. 
- Develop new referral networks for housing disrepair claims. 
- Coordinate with legal and operations teams for smooth execution. 
- Create and implement strategic business development plans
- Monitor and report on business development performance metrics
Requirements
- 3+ years B2B experience in legal services or claim management. 
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation ability. 
- Experience with UK housing claim processes preferred. 
- Excellent understanding of data protection (GDPR) and UK compliance practices. 
- Proven experience in business development, particularly within the financial services or housing sectors
- Strong understanding of housing disrepair claims processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills and market awareness
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
