Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard UK legal firms and claim partners.
• Manage lead flow and agreements with partner companies.
• Develop new referral networks for housing disrepair claims.
• Coordinate with legal and operations teams for smooth execution.
• Create and implement strategic business development plans
• Monitor and report on business development performance metrics

Requirements

• 3+ years B2B experience in legal services or claim management.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation ability.
• Experience with UK housing claim processes preferred.
• Excellent understanding of data protection (GDPR) and UK compliance practices.
• Proven experience in business development, particularly within the financial services or housing sectors
• Strong understanding of housing disrepair claims processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical skills and market awareness
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
