Creditfix Private Limited is looking for a Business Development Manager for our Individual Voluntary Arrangements & Debt Settlement department. This full-time, remote position offers a unique opportunity to drive growth in the financial services sector, focusing on B2B solutions that help businesses navigate complex debt scenarios.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our market presence and establishing strong relationships with partners. Your efforts will directly impact our mission of providing effective debt solutions while enhancing our reputation as a leader in the financial services industry. 

Responsibilities

  • Build partnerships with referral agencies, financial advisors, and lead providers.
  • Manage business relationships with partner firms in the UK market.
  • Drive B2B lead generation for IVA and debt settlement services.
  • Identify and onboard new business channels for client acquisition.
  • Prepare weekly business reports and revenue forecasts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the debt settlement and IVA markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on business objectives
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and partners
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote Creditfix

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B experience in financial services/debt management/IVA sector.
  • Proven ability to achieve targets and manage partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of Individual Voluntary Arrangements and debt settlement processes
