Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an International Customer Service Representative. The representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing customer experience.

Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and delivering exceptional service to our international clientele.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives, Customer Service, and Customer Support skills
• Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Proficiency in English Language
• HSC/ GRADUATE
• One Year International Voice process Experience mandatory
  You should be comfortable working in night shift

Location:-  Powai, Thane, Mira Road

Salary - upto 40k

Shifts - US Rotational Night Shifts / 2 days Rotational weekoffs
