DaxBot Inc. is looking for a dedicated Robot Operator to join our Command department in Philomath. This full-time, on-site position is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates who are eager to start their career in the Robotics industry.

As a Robot Operator, you will play a crucial role in placing ‘Robots in the service of Humanity’. We do jobs that are dirty, dull, or dangerous by using our robot helpers to help improve the quality of life for humans. This role not only offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge technology but also provides a pathway for career growth within our innovative company.

We offer a competitive hourly salary ranging from $18 to $38, depending on production, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor robotic systems to ensure optimal performance
• Document operations and maintain logs
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
• Report any technical issues to the supervisor promptly

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Type at least 40 WPM 
• Ability to stand and lift 50 lbs 
• Basic understanding of robotics
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
• Previous experience in a technical environment is a plus
