We seek a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to support our General Manager in overseeing daily operations and leading our team to success. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of management experience in the fast-casual restaurant industry.

As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service and quality to our customers. You will work closely with the management team to help implement strategies that enhance our brand and drive customer satisfaction. This position offers a competitive hourly salary range of $38 - $40, along with opportunities for career development within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or management is a plus
