Dom-Inno Builders Ltd, a reputable leader in Bangladesh’s real estate and construction industry, is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our growing technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction operations, ensuring project quality, coordinating with consultants/contractors, and driving timely project completion.

As a Project Engineer, you will act as a key link between the project site and senior management—ensuring that work is executed safely, efficiently, and according to design standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Supervision

• Oversee and monitor daily construction activities to ensure work is progressing on schedule.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure all work complies with structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks at all stages of development.

Technical & Documentation Duties

• Review construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Assist in preparing work schedules, material requisitions, and cost estimates.
• Maintain proper documentation of tests, inspections, and materials delivered to site.

Quality & Safety Management

• Implement project quality control procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and risk-management guidelines.
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams for testing materials and verifying workmanship.

Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and vendors.
• Attend site coordination meetings and escalate issues to project managers.
• Support senior management by providing updates on progress, challenges, and upcoming milestones.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.Sc. in Civil Engineering) from a recognized university.
• 2–5 years of experience in building construction or real estate development (fresh graduates may be considered).
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Excel, and related engineering tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
