Job Summary
Enerva Marine Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive, service-oriented Client Success Specialist to support and strengthen relationships with our global clients. In this entry-level role, you will help ensure clients receive exceptional support, understand how to use our digital and automation solutions, and achieve maximum value from our products.
The ideal candidate is people-focused, organized, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility, mentorship, and opportunities to work on international projects.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Assist clients with onboarding, training, and product adoption for Enerva’s digital platforms and automation systems.
Understand client needs, challenges, and goals to help them maximize product value.
Monitor client accounts to identify usage patterns, potential issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with technical support, engineering, and product teams to resolve client inquiries.
Document interactions, feedback, and support actions in CRM or ticketing systems.
Support retention efforts by maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients.
Gather client insights to help improve processes, features, and overall client satisfaction.
Prepare basic reports, summaries, and client check-in updates.
Stay informed about product enhancements, updates, and digital trends relevant to client use.
Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-service mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed.
Ability to explain product features and processes clearly.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple client requests.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Internship or experience in customer service, client support, or account coordination.
Basic understanding of digital platforms, SaaS tools, or technical products.
Experience preparing client-facing communications or reports.
Interest in marine, industrial, or technology-driven industries.
