Job Summary

Enerva Marine Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (Remote) to support our global clients. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries, assist with product questions, provide account or system guidance, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, handles multiple tasks with ease, and enjoys helping customers in a fast-paced environment. This is a fully remote position with opportunities to engage with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, and messaging platforms with professionalism and empathy.

Provide product information, assist with account questions, and guide users through basic steps or solutions.

Identify customer needs and deliver clear, accurate, and friendly support.

Create and manage support tickets when issues require additional review or escalation.

Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve customer concerns promptly.

Maintain accurate records of interactions, issue details, resolutions, and follow-up actions.

Share product updates, features, and helpful tips to support customer understanding.

Assist in improving FAQs, support scripts, and customer documentation.

Stay informed about company products, services, features, and updates.

Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

1–3 years of customer service, live chat support, or client support experience.

Strong written communication skills with the ability to respond clearly and professionally.

Ability to handle multiple conversations or requests at once.

Basic understanding of software navigation, login issues, or user account troubleshooting.

Experience using CRM systems, chat platforms, or ticketing tools.

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting digital products, SaaS platforms, or help desk operations.

Familiarity with technology or engineering environments (helpful, but not required).

Knowledge of cloud-based tools or digital platforms is a plus.

Awareness of basic online security and safe user practices.
