Job Summary
Enerva Marine Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Live Chat Support Agent to provide real-time assistance to our global clients. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries through live chat, guide users through troubleshooting steps, provide product information, and ensure an exceptional support experience.
The ideal candidate excels in communication, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can manage multiple chat conversations while delivering accurate, friendly, and timely support. This is a 100% remote role supporting international users of our digital and automation platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Provide immediate support to customers through live chat while maintaining a professional and helpful tone.
Assist clients with basic troubleshooting for software, system access, configuration, and product-related questions.
Identify customer needs quickly and deliver clear, step-by-step guidance.
Create and manage support tickets for issues requiring escalation or deeper investigation.
Collaborate with technical teams by relaying accurate information and following up on escalated cases.
Maintain detailed and accurate chat records, issue summaries, and follow-up notes in the support system.
Share product updates, features, and best practices with customers in an easy-to-understand manner.
Contribute to the improvement of FAQs, scripts, knowledge base articles, and support documentation.
Stay updated on Enerva’s products, new system features, and basic troubleshooting techniques.
Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1–3 years of experience in live chat support, customer service, or technical support.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and concisely.
Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with accuracy and calm.
Basic technical knowledge of software, login issues, system configuration, or device troubleshooting.
Experience with CRM platforms, chat tools, or ticketing systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting technical or digital products.
Familiarity with automation systems, industrial technologies, or engineering environments.
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms or APIs is a plus.
Understanding of IoT devices, digital monitoring, or remote systems.
Awareness of cybersecurity and safe system usage.
