Job Summary

Enerva Marine Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Entry-Level Procurement Specialist to support purchasing activities, supplier coordination, and inventory management processes. In this role, you will assist in sourcing materials, evaluating vendors, processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, analytical, and eager to learn supply chain operations. This is a 100% remote position offering flexibility, training, and opportunities to work with global vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing suppliers and evaluating quotes for materials, equipment, and services.

Prepare, process, and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.

Maintain supplier records, pricing lists, contracts, and procurement documentation.

Coordinate with vendors to confirm order details, shipping schedules, and product availability.

Support inventory monitoring and ensure stock levels meet project requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, finance) to understand procurement needs.

Review invoices and delivery receipts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

Assist in negotiating pricing, payment terms, and delivery contracts under direction from the procurement manager.

Generate regular procurement reports and performance summaries.

Research market trends, new suppliers, and cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Basic understanding of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain concepts.

Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, or basic procurement software.

Excellent communication and vendor management skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Internship or experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain, or vendor coordination.

Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Zoho, NetSuite).

Basic understanding of contract terms, shipping processes, or international purchasing.

Interest in marine, industrial, or technology-related industries.
