Job Summary

Enerva Marine Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to provide remote technical assistance to our clients and internal teams. In this role, you will diagnose and resolve technical issues, support the deployment of digital and automation systems, and ensure seamless operation of our software and technical products.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically knowledgeable, and skilled in troubleshooting complex issues in a fast-paced environment. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and opportunities to support global projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely technical support and issue resolution for clients via email, chat, phone, and remote access tools.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, system integration, and network-related issues for marine and industrial automation solutions.
  • Assist customers with installation, configuration, and operational guidance for Enerva’s digital and automation platforms.
  • Escalate complex or high-priority issues to engineering teams as needed, ensuring efficient communication and follow-up.
  • Document reported issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in support logs or ticketing systems.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams to identify recurring problems and improve system performance.
  • Conduct system health checks, remote diagnostics, and preventive maintenance when required.
  • Create and update user guides, FAQs, and technical documentation for customers and internal use.
  • Stay updated with product enhancements, technical updates, and new technology trends relevant to marine automation systems.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in technical support, IT support, or technical customer service.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in software, hardware, networking, or system integration.
  • Experience with remote support tools, ticketing systems, and diagnostic utilities.
  • Understanding of databases, APIs, and basic system configuration.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple support cases remotely.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting industrial automation, marine systems, or engineering-related technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages is a plus.
  • Understanding of IoT devices, sensors, or remote monitoring systems.
  • Awareness of cybersecurity best practices and secure system operation.
