Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (Remote) to support our team with administrative tasks, data coordination, client communications, and general support functions. This remote role is ideal for a self-starter who is comfortable managing multiple responsibilities, working independently, and helping maintain smooth operations across global projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage email correspondence and respond to routine client and internal inquiries.

Coordinate scheduling, calendars, and meetings for team members and clients across different time zones.

Assist with data entry, data management, document organization, and record keeping.

Handle administrative tasks such as preparing summaries, reports, and maintaining organized digital files.

Support customer inquiries or basic user questions as needed or escalate to appropriate teams.

Maintain accurate documentation and logs of tasks, communications, and follow-ups.

Assist in updating internal documentation, FAQs, and support materials.

Help coordinate between different teams (technical, operations, product) to ensure efficient workflow.

Manage routine tasks that help the organization operate more smoothly, especially in a remote, distributed environment.

Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, IT, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent experience.

1–3 years of experience in administrative support, virtual assistance, data entry, or remote assistant roles.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Excellent written communication skills and ability to respond professionally to emails or messages.

Familiarity with common office tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email/calendar tools, document management).

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous remote work experience or familiarity working with distributed teams.

Basic understanding of software platforms, cloud tools, or digital systems.

Experience with data coordination, record-keeping, and documentation.

Ability to handle client communications or basic customer support when needed.
