Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Process invoices, receipts, and other financial transactions efficiently.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Coordinate and complete annual audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain cash flow reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall financial processes.
• Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Support the development of financial policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting personnel.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Certifications such as CPA or CMA are a plus.
