Job Title: Sales Executive

Qualification: Graduate or Masters in Sales and Marketing

Experience: 3 – 4 years relevant experience in real estate

CTC: 18k – 25k

Gender: Male/Female

Key Responsibilities:

·         Achieve Sales Goals:

             Fulfill monthly and yearly sales quotas.

·         Find New Clients:

Reach out to potential buyers through calls, visits, events and referrals.

·         Sell Properties:

Explain project details, show properties and help clients choose the right one.

·         Negotiate Deals:

             Discuss prices and terms with clients, and close the deal smoothly.

·         Work with Team:

Coordinate with marketing and other teams to ensure everything goes well for the client.
