Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for vehicle engineering products/services
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand product capabilities and communicate value to customers
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales and marketing decisions
- Manage marketing campaigns, events, and trade shows
- Work with sales teams to achieve sales targets and expand market share
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field
- MBA or equivalent experience preferred
- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of vehicle engineering principles and industry trends
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Desired Skills:
- Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media advertising)
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
