We are expanding our e-commerce operations and are looking for a Shopify Administrator to join our team in Limassol.

Key Responsibilities

Online Store Management

  • Manage and update products, collections, tags, metafields, and pricing in Shopify. Monitor inventory levels and data up to date.
  • Ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate and aligned with ENGINO® branding.
  • Create and manage discount codes, promotions, and bundles.

Orders, Logistics & Customer Journey

  • Oversee daily order processing and fulfilment, coordinating with our logistics team.
  • Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders.
  • Support customer service with order-related queries missing items, shipping delays, returns, exchanges. Maintain and document workflows for order handling, returns, and stock.

Basic Technical & Programming Tasks

  • Use basic HTML/CSS and Shopify templating to adjust themes, product templates, and page layouts.
  • Assist in integrating apps and tools (reviews, email marketing, analytics, etc.)

Online Marketing Support

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to upload and optimise landing pages for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Assist in basic SEO tasks and monitor performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, best-selling products) and prepare simple reports.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with Shopify (admin panel) or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially with data entry, stock, and orders.
  • Basic programming / technical skills: familiarity with HTML/CSS; JavaScript, or similar is a plus.
  • Good understanding of e-commerce workflows: products, carts, checkout, payment, shipping.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
  • Knowledge of Greek is an advantage but not mandatory.

The position is based in Limassol, Cyprus.
