Epic Property Management is a fast-growing property management company focused on maximizing property performance, improving tenant experience, and expanding into new markets. As we scale, we are building a remote analytics team to help drive smarter financial decisions and operational efficiency.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Financial / Property Analyst to help us understand performance, identify opportunities, and support data-driven growth.
Role Overview
As a Financial / Property Analyst, you will analyze property performance, track financial metrics, and provide insights that help guide business decisions across leasing, operations, and expansion.
This is a fully remote role where you’ll work closely with leadership and operations teams to ensure properties are performing at their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze property-level financial performance (income, expenses, occupancy, ROI)
- Build and maintain financial reports and dashboards
- Track rent collection, delinquency, and cash flow trends
- Identify underperforming properties and recommend improvements
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for existing and new properties
- Support pricing and rent optimization decisions
- Work with operations and leasing teams to improve profitability
- Present clear, simple insights from complex data
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, business analysis, or real estate analysis
- Strong Excel / spreadsheet skills (must be comfortable with formulas and reporting)
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills (able to explain data simply)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in property management, real estate, or investment analysis
- Familiarity with financial reporting tools or CRMs (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, or similar systems)
- Experience working in a remote team environment
- Knowledge of rental markets or housing data
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 per year (based on experience)
