As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely information about our services. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
  • Provide information on services and assist clients with account-related questions
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and escalate complex issues
  • Assist in the development of customer support resources and documentation
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and skills
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for customer support processes

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
