Ideal Candidate
As the Director of Evolved Leadership Development, you’ll bring both strategic expertise and a growth-driven mindset — combining analytical skill with creative vision to lead with impact and purpose.

- Have 10+ years of professional or leadership experience, ideally at Director level or above, within retail, marketing, customer insights, consulting, or corporate leadership environments.
- Hold a degree or equivalent professional qualification in business, marketing, leadership, or a related field — advanced study or executive education is a plus.
- Are strategic and commercially minded, comfortable with forecasting, planning, and driving measurable business outcomes.
- Balance left-brain precision with right-brain creativity — combining logic, vision, and intuition to make sound decisions and inspire growth.
