  1. Lead and manage supervisors, including training, grooming, and allocation of markets.
  2. Handle micro-distributor stock billing and management.
  3. Drive procurement of business.
  4. Manage dealer relationships and oversee dealer stock billing.
  5. Ensure effective VBA and outlet management.
  6. Support supervisors in achieving their work and targets.
