- Lead and manage supervisors, including training, grooming, and allocation of markets.
- Handle micro-distributor stock billing and management.
- Drive procurement of business.
- Manage dealer relationships and oversee dealer stock billing.
- Ensure effective VBA and outlet management.
- Support supervisors in achieving their work and targets.
