Role :- Kronos Developer

Job Description :-
 
Core responsibilities include:
- System Development & Configuration
- Design, configure, and customize Kronos Workforce Central or UKG Dimensions modules (Timekeeping, Attendance, Scheduling, Accruals).
 - Integrate Kronos with ERP/HR systems for seamless data flow.
 - Develop and maintain Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) interfaces.
 - Perform upgrades, patches, and troubleshoot technical issues.
 - Create and maintain documentation for configurations and workflows.
 - Develop custom reports and dashboards using Kronos reporting tools and SQL.
 
 - Collaboration & Compliance
- Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements.
 - Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
 
 
Required Experience and Skills:
- 5+ years with Kronos Workforce Central or UKG Dimensions.
 - Strong understanding of Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Absence Management.
 - Proficiency in Kronos APIs, SQL, and reporting tools.
 - Knowledge of HR/payroll processes and integration techniques.
 
Core Technical Skills
- System Setup & Integration
- UKG Pro WFM configuration (Timekeeping, Accruals, Pay Policies).
 - Device setup for time clocks (InTouch DX series).
 - Integration with HRIS (e.g., Workday) and payroll systems.
 
 - Data Management
- Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) for imports/exports.
 - SQL for custom queries and reporting.
 
 
Functional Knowledge
- Labor Management
- Understanding of compliance with labor laws, union agreements, and overtime rules.
 - Ability to configure pay rules, rounding, and scheduling policies.
 
 - Operational Expertise
- Familiarity with distribution center workflows (shift patterns, break rules).
 - Persona-based access configuration (Manager, Supervisor, HR Admin).
 
 
Soft Skills
