Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Noida / Uttar Pradesh
Experience: 2–10 Years
CTC: ₹6 LPA – ₹9 LPA + Variable Pay + Incentives
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and acquire new enterprise customers across Banks, Fintechs, Cooperative Societies, Government Institutions, and Large Corporates within Uttar Pradesh.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through market outreach and client engagement.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Drive sales of payment solutions, secure products, smart cards, NFC/QR solutions, biometric card solutions, and related services.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Prepare commercial proposals and lead contract negotiations.
- Maintain CRM records and sales forecasts.
- Travel extensively across Uttar Pradesh to strengthen customer relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Must-Have Requirements:
- B2B Sales experience is mandatory.
- Experience selling products or services to Banks, Cooperative Societies, Fintechs, Government Institutions, or Enterprise Customers.
- Experience in Corporate Sales, Technology Sales, Payment Solutions, Secure Products, Manufacturing Solutions, Printers, Stationery, FMCG-to-Corporate, or Pharma/Hospital Sales.
- Strong understanding of the Uttar Pradesh market and customer landscape.
- Proven experience in direct client relationship management.
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
