- Lead and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) and its operations.
- Oversee and drive operational performance across Project Managers, Portfolio Managers, M&E lead, and the Marketing team to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve project management frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
- Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery across multiple initiatives.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
- Support project managers with guidance, coaching, and best practices.
- Align project portfolio with organizational strategy and priorities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure proper documentation, governance, and compliance across all projects.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence within the PMO.
- Engage the stakeholders, coordinate with the partners, government bodies, and international organizations to foster strong relationships and secure new opportunities.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in project/program management.
- Proven experience in leading a PMO or managing multiple projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in NGOs, EdTech, or youth-focused organizations is a plus.
