Key Responsibilities:

• Design 20-25 high-end proposal presentations per month and maintain consistent premium quality across all deliverables
• Convert complex technical and financial content into executive-level visual narratives within 24 - 48 hours turnaround
• Develop modular slide libraries (minimum 100+ reusable slides within first 90 days) to accelerate proposal development speed
• Establish and enforce a visual identity system across all proposals (fonts, layouts, icons, data visualization styles)
• Translate raw content into story-driven decks that follow a structured flow
• Collaborate with proposal team to increase overall proposal win-rate contribution through stronger visual positioning
• Create data visualization frameworks (charts, infographics, dashboards) that simplify complex KPIs and financials
• Deliver rapid iteration cycles (same-day revisions for priority bids) under tight deadlines

Preferred Profile:

• Portfolio demonstrating top-tier, consulting-grade presentations (Portfolio will be required)
• Proven track record of handling high-pressure environments with multiple concurrent deadlines 
• Ability to transform unstructured content into clear, compelling storylines without heavy guidance
• Advanced mastery of PowerPoint, visual hierarchy, typography, and data storytelling principles
• Experience building design systems, slide masters, and reusable frameworks at scale
• Strong business acumen: ability to understand proposals, tenders, and client-facing narratives
• Exceptional attention to detail with near-zero error tolerance in final deliverables
