Job Title: SDR/BDR/Inside Sales

Location: Dallas, TX, Onsite role

  • Hunting: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients and partners.

Execute a high volume of daily outbound sales activities (60+ calls, 40+ emails, 20+ LinkedIn messages)

Develop targeted prospect lists within the energy sector (Wind, Solar, BESS, Natural Gas)

Follow structured multi-touch cadences across phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers

Overcome objections and navigate gatekeepers to reach key stakeholders in energy organizations

Conduct thorough discovery calls to understand prospect challenges and qualify opportunities

Schedule demos and meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all activities and prospect information in our CRM (Hubspot)

Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and meetings set

Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and lead generation strategies for the energy sector

Continuously research prospects to personalize outreach with relevant industry insights

 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.

1+ years experience in business development, sales, or a similar role

Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and competitive drive

Ability to handle frequent rejection while maintaining enthusiasm and professionalism

Excellent time management skills to balance multiple outreach methods efficiently

Insurance sales/cold calling customers experience is a big plus

Resilience and persistence for high-volume outbound calling (minimum 60 calls per day)

Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and social selling techniques

Basic understanding of or interest in energy markets, power generation, or utilities
