πΌ Role Overview
We are looking for proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Interns / Managers to help expand our global presence across African, Arabic, and English (UK) markets.
Your role will focus on building strategic partnerships, engaging clients, and driving growth in emerging markets.
π₯ Positions Available (3 Total):
- π 1 Position β African Region: Fluent in major African languages (e.g., Swahili, French, Amharic, Yoruba, etc.)
- ποΈ 1 Position β Arabic Region (MENA): Fluent in Arabic (spoken & written)
- π¬π§ 1 Position β English Region (UK): Fluent in English with a UK accent
π Key Responsibilities
- Engage and communicate effectively with potential clients across Africa, MENA, and UK/Singapore regions.
- Pitch Finza Globalβs consulting, funding, and fintech services to NBFCs, investors, and institutions.
- Conduct market research and track emerging opportunities in the Fintech, NBFC, and Investment sectors.
- Support cross-border partnership and collaboration initiatives.
- Assist in creating localized marketing materials (Arabic, French, or English).
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal development and project execution.
- Provide regular updates, client feedback, and business development reports.
- Participate in business events, webinars, and promotional campaigns.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Interest in finance, fintech, or international business development.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
