Role Overview

The Inside Sales Associate plays a critical role in engaging inbound leads, nurturing customer relationships, and driving qualified site visits for our premium managed co-living spaces. The role demands disciplined follow-up, structured communication, and strong CRM hygiene to ensure every lead is efficiently progressed through the customer journey; from inquiry to booking.

  • Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Engagement

  • Call every new lead assigned in the CRM within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
  • Maintain a professional and consultative communication tone while explaining the Yukio concept and offerings.
  • Log every call attempt, outcome, and next action in CRM.

2. Follow-Up Discipline

  • Execute the complete call-attempt cycle for unresponsive customers before marking leads as dropped.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups across WhatsApp and calls to maximize conversions.

3. Lead Qualification

  • Assess all leads using the 5-point qualification matrix:
    Concept understanding, location preference, budget, customer profile, and move-in timeline.
  • Identify high-potential leads and prioritize them for site visits.

4. Site Visit Scheduling

  • Fix customer-preferred visit slots, update CRM with accurate scheduling details, and confirm attendance.
  • Coordinate with on-site sales teams and ensure seamless experience during property visits.

5. Sales Handover

  • Complete CRM updates before handover to sales, including customer details and lead ID.
  • Share lead handover communication with sales to ensure clarity and continuity.

6. Post-Site Visit Nurturing

  • Reconnect with customers post-visit to identify objections, clarify doubts, and support booking closure.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to address specific concerns and maintain engagement.

7. CRM Hygiene

  • Record every customer interaction with accurate tagging, comments, and next-step actions.
  • Avoid using external trackers, ensuring CRM remains the single source of truth.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in any discipline; In Sales/Marketing preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, pre-sales, or tele-calling.
  • Strong communication, objection handling, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems, lead dashboards, and digital communication tools.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on conversions and process discipline.
