We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Technician with a passion for jewelry and CAD development. This role is perfect for freshers or early-career professionals who are eager to grow in the jewelry and design industry while gaining hands-on experience in a global business environment.

As a Sales Technician, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to support jewelry design projects, ensure technical accuracy, and contribute to a seamless sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in understanding CAD-based jewelry designs and product specifications.
• Support the preparation of technical drawings and CAD files for client review.
• Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure accurate execution of orders.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, proposals, and quotations using MS Office tools.
• Provide excellent business communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain a positive, customer-first attitude while collaborating with team members.

Requirements

Education & Certification

• Fynetone Professional Certification (Required)
• CAD Development Professional Certification (Preferred)

Skills & Competencies

• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong business communication skills – verbal and written.
