As a Wellness Coach, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients toward healthier lifestyles and better overall well-being. You will work closely with our clients to develop personalized wellness plans, provide ongoing support, and encourage sustainable lifestyle changes. We offer a competitive hourly salary range of $59 - $62, along with a supportive work environment that values your professional development and personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized wellness programs for clients
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to assess client needs and goals
• Provide guidance on nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle modifications
• Monitor client progress and adjust wellness plans as needed
• Deliver engaging wellness workshops and group sessions
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Wellness Coach or similar role
• Strong knowledge of health and wellness principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients
• Certification in wellness coaching, nutrition, or related field
• Experience with virtual coaching and remote client management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for coaching
