We Are Hiring: ZED Facilitator

We are looking for a dynamic, knowledgeable, and result-oriented ZED Facilitator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding, training, and handholding MSMEs through the process of obtaining the ZED (Zero Defect Zero Effect) Certification to enhance their competitiveness and sustainability.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

MSME Onboarding & Awareness: Educate and motivate MSME units regarding the ZED certification scheme, its assessment criteria, and financial benefits.
Gap Analysis: Conduct preliminary assessments of manufacturing units to identify gaps in quality control and environmental impacts.
Implementation & Training: Train site teams on implementing lean manufacturing practices, quality tools (5S, Kaizen), and eco-friendly processes.
Documentation Support: Assist businesses in online registration, document preparation, and successfully clearing the final desktop and site assessments by authorized agencies.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
Certification: Must be a Certified ZED Facilitator from a recognized body (e.g., Quality Council of India - QCI).
Experience: Minimum 0.6 years of proven experience in MSME consultancy, industrial quality management, or direct ZED scheme implementation.
Skills: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to comfortably interact with MSME owners and factory workforce.
