🎯 Role Overview
We’re looking for passionate and dynamic Business Development Executives (freshers & experienced) who have a strong interest in the EdTech sector.
Your role will focus on driving student enrollments, partnership acquisition, and expanding our learning programs through consultative sales.
🧭 Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential students and parents to understand their career aspirations and recommend suitable programs.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and counselling to enrollment closure.
- Maintain strong follow-up through calls, WhatsApp, and email to ensure conversions.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversions, and reports in CRM tools.
- Identify new business opportunities through colleges, partners, and digital campaigns.
💼 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Strong interest or prior experience in EdTech / Education sales is mandatory.
- Goal-driven and capable of working under performance-based environments.
- Proficient in using MS Office, CRM, and online communication tools.
